Play-Offs
So, who will play who in the play-offs? Well, it depends on where each team finished in their conference.

For example, if the Golden State Warriors finish at the top of the Western conference while the Memphis Grizzlies finish in 8th, they will play each other in the play-offs, with the losing team being eliminated. Those who finish second will play those who finished 7th and so on. It is important to note that the team that finished higher in the conference table will be given the home advantage.
Each play-off is a best of 7 and they are played with a 2-2-1-1-1 format. The team that has the home advantage will host matches numbers 1, 2, 5 and 7, while the other team will host the rest. This is done to make sure that the team with home advantage actually gets some type of advantage.
Once all of the play-offs have been played, you will have the best team from the Eastern Conference playing the best team from the Western Conference for the right to be crowned NBA Champions.
